$20 per color/location- to the whole order. 1 Set-Up waived at 100 pcs.

| Pantone Color Matching: |
A $25 fee/per color is charged to Pantone color match. Ink colors will vary slightly on garments than on a paper swatch card. |

$15 per ink color change fee will apply to orders requiring ink color changes . A minimum of 15 pieces is required for a color change/per color. |

Artwork Proofs:
|
Artwork proofs are sent to you via email link for approval once an order is placed, invoiced & prepaid.

Turnaround Time:
|
New T-Shirt orders & reorders ship out within 7 to 10 business days from when an order is placed, invoiced and prepaid. |
|
Reorders:
|
A minimum of 12 t-shirts is required on all reorders of one color, 25 piece minimum for reorders of 2 colors+, of the same design. |
|
Rush Fee:
Any order that requires printing within 1 to 3 days.
|
$50 min. Or 20% of total bill over 350.00. |
| Guaranteed Delivery: |
We try to meet your required delivery day within our normal turnaround time but will not guarantee an order unless a rush service is requested. We may also expedite your order with our delivery carries but cannot guarantee their services. |
| No Sales Tax on orders out of state or Nonprofit Organizations. |

| Cancellation/Returns: |
|
| No exchanges or returns unless for defective items. No cancellations can be made after 2 days of paying in full. There is a 20% cancellation fee (not exceeding $120.00) for any order canceled within 2 days. Any changes made to an order must be made within 48 hours for orders with normal turnaround time and within 24 hours for 1 to 3 day turnaround. Please call with any questions or concerns. |
